The Traits and Tools of Disciple Making

For you know that we dealt with each of you as a father deals with his own children, encouraging, comforting, and urging you to live lives worthy of God, who calls you into his kingdom and glory.”  1 Thessalonians 2:11-12 (NIV1984)

Questions to Stir Discussion:

Can you name people in your life you don’t think have a personal relationship with God?

Try to describe what you about each one of the people you just identified.

Pray and seek what next steps God might be prompting you to take with the aforementioned people you listed above … (sharing a story from your life might help them with their own life …maybe go for a cup of coffee and try to get to know them better .. or maybe go to an event with them …  or maybe go on a bike ride with them, etc.

How willing or long-suffering are you prepared to be for someone else?
